Red meat and livestock reports
Red meat and livestock reports are updated by 8:00 a.m. Eastern time every Friday and reports include most current data unless otherwise specified.
Annual red meat and livestock reports
Annual red meat and livestock reports are updated on the website by no later than April 30 of each year.
Animal genetics and registrations reports
The majority of animal genetics and registrations reports are updated annually and are completed by May 31 of each year, with the exception of reports
- Canada's Animal Genetics Industry Statistics Report is updated by July 15 of each year; and
- Overview of Canadian Dairy Genetics Export Report is updated by the 15th of each month with the most recent data available.

Statistics Canada is responsible for generating and updating various reports under these links.
Inventories
Red Meat and Livestock Inventory report is bi-annual. It is updated by September 30 with July 1 inventory and by March 31 with January 1 inventory.
Canada and United States supply comparison by species report is updated on the website by April 30 of each year.
Farmed Deer in Canada by species and area report is updated by June 30 of each year.
Farming revenues and expenses
Farm Cash Receipts and Farm Input Price Index reports are updated by June 15 of each year.
Condemnations
Condemnation reports are updated no later than 2 months after the reporting month ends. For example, red meat condemnation for the month of June should be released no later than August 31 of the same year.
Supply sheets by species
Canadian Pork Council publishes the weekly hog statistics at a glance report on its website.
Canadian Meat Council and Alberta Beef Producers publish the weekly beef statistics at a glance report on their websites.
Veal Farmers of Ontario publishes the weekly veal statistics at a glance report on its website.
Canadian Sheep Federation and Ontario Sheep Marketing Agency publish the monthly sheep statistics at a glance report on their respective websites.
Canadian Bison Association publishes the monthly bison market and supply update report on its website.
Canadian Meat Goat Association and Ontario Goat publish the quarterly goat statistics at a glance report on their respective websites.
Rabbit industry at a glance is updated on AAFC Online by April 30 of each year, except for Census of Agriculture data which are updated every 5 years.

Live animal exports
Annual Live animal exports to the United States – through ports of entry report is updated on the website by January 31 of each year.

Weekly livestock report schedule/calendar is updated by December 15 of each year.
