Minnesota imported $948 million from Canada, including:

  • $124M in live bovine animals
  • $107M in oats
  • $62M in baked goods
  • $46M in canola seeds
  • $43M in fresh or chilled potatoes

Minnesota’s top agriculture and agri-food export markets:

  • Canada: 34%
  • Mexico: 29%
  • Japan: 6%
  • China: 5%
  • Korea: 4%
