Oklahoma exported $37 million to Canada, including:

  • $11.4M in live poultry
  • $6.2M in peptones
  • $3.4M in sausages
  • $3.3M in wheat or meslin flour
  • $2.2M in fresh, chilled or frozen pork

Oklahoma imported $98 million from Canada, including:

  • $32M in baked goods
  • $13M in fresh or chilled beef
  • $9M in dog or cat food
  • $7M in mixes and doughs of flour
  • $4M in frozen fries and other prepared potatoes

Oklahoma’s top agriculture and agri-food export markets:

  • Mexico: 19.6%
  • China: 17.9%
  • Japan: 17.6%
  • Canada: 7.6%
  • Viet-Nam: 6.5%
