Texas exported $1.3 billion to Canada, including:

  • $136M in fresh raspberries and blackberries
  • $102M in avocados
  • $88M in tomatoes
  • $75M in prepared fruits and nuts
  • $60M in fresh strawberries

Texas imported $1.8 billion from Canada, including:

  • $280M in fresh or chilled beef
  • $265M in baked goods
  • $197M in canola oil
  • $150M in frozen fries and other prepared potatoes
  • $104M in processed oils and fats

Texas’ top agriculture and agri-food export markets:

  • Mexico: 30%
  • China: 16%
  • Canada: 8%
  • Korea: 4%
  • Viet-Nam: 4%
