Utah exported $146 million to Canada, including:

- $11M in sauces and condiments
- $10M in chocolate
- $8.5M in essential oils
Utah imported $700 million from Canada, including:
- $398M in live bovine animals
- $40M in baked goods
- $23M in canola oil
- $21M in prepared or preserved meat
- $21M in fresh or chilled mushrooms
Utah’s top agriculture and agri-food export markets:
- China: 28%
- Canada: 9%
- Korea: 9%
- Japan: 7%
- Mexico: 6%
* the category “food preparations” includes products such as tea substitutes, vegetable preparations, flavoring extracts, powders and essences, milk or cream substitutes, jelly powders, and juices from concentrate.
