  • $47M in potatoes, fresh or chilled
  • $37M in frozen fries and other prepared potatoes
  • $36M in fresh or chilled beef

Wisconsin’s top agriculture and agri-food export markets:

  • Canada: 40%
  • Mexico: 13%
  • China: 8%
  • Korea: 6%
  • Japan: 4%

* the category “food preparations” includes products such as tea substitutes, vegetable preparations, flavoring extracts, powders and essences, milk or cream substitutes, jelly powders, and juices from concentrate.
