Ohio exported $1.3 billion to Canada, including:

  • $134M in dog or cat food
  • $122M in soups and broths
  • $96M in prepared or preserved pork
  • $90M in sauces and condiments

Ohio imported $1.7 billion from Canada, including:

  • $358M in canola oil
  • $166M in baked goods
  • $112M in wheat and meslin
  • $81M in fresh, chilled or frozen pork
  • $80M in frozen fries and other prepared potatoes

Ohio’s top agriculture and agri-food export markets:

  • Canada: 48%
  • Indonesia: 13%
  • China: 5%
  • Viet-Nam: 4%
  • Japan: 3%
