SIAL Canada est le plus grand salon de l'innovation alimentaire en Amérique du Nord. Il constitue une plateforme de choix pour l'industrie agroalimentaire afin de présenter ses produits, d'explorer les tendances et de favoriser les relations d'affaires. L'événement se déroule chaque année en alternance entre Toronto et Montréal, et l'édition 2025 se tiendra du 29 avril au 1er mai au Centre Enercare de Toronto.
Le salon accueille plus de 1 000 exposants venus de plus de 44 pays et attire plus de 21 000 visiteurs professionnels de 78 pays.
