Each day, hundreds of current agroclimate condition map products are produced and posted on the Drought Watch website. This production schedule is a handy reference to help users understand when each of the map products is updated online.
Our map products are updated on a variety of time steps including:
- Daily = Produced daily by noon (12:00pm Central Standard Time (CST)) each business day
- Weekly = Produced each Tuesday by noon (12:00pm CST)
- Monthly = Produced by noon 12:00pm CST on the 1st business day of each month
Please note that some of our map products are seasonal with defined start dates and are produced only during a defined period:
- Agricultural Year = September 1 to August 31
- Growing Season = April 1 to October 31
- Winter = November 1 to March 31
Note: at the beginning of each seasonal schedule the Accumulated Precipitation, Current Precipitation Compared to Historical Distribution, Departure from Average, and Percent of Average map products are not available until 30 days into that season.
