In 2024, foodservice sales by device and platform were valued at US$34.6 billion. Purchases via App reached US$32.9 billion. Purchase vial mobile phone reached US$31.99 billion while purchase via tablet reached US$887.8 million in 2024.
All device types made increases in growth rates, ranging from 18.1% (via App and mobile phone) to 15.0% (via tablet) from 2020 to 2024.

Top e-commerce companies and brands in South Korea
Coupang LLC and Naver Corp were the largest companies in terms of e-commerce sales in South Korea with retail values of US$55.5 billion and US$28.98 billion respectively in 2024. Of note, Shinsegae Co Ltd accumulated the largest growth of 40.3% as sales increased from US$3.5 billion in 2020 to the most recent value of US$13.5 billion in 2024. In contrast Lotte Group experienced the largest decline in growth rate (−1.0%), as sales declined from US$6.8 billion in 2020 to US$6.6 billion in 2024.
