- Choose a secure sign-in method
- Sign in (or Sign up)
- Start a new application process
- Complete the application form
- Save the form on your computer
- Upload the completed forms as well as the following documents
- You can add additional documents that you feel will support your submission
- Required: Copy of the organization's Certificates, Articles of Incorporation or Letters Patent
- Required: Copy of the last 2 years' financial statements
- Optional: Accountability and management framework
- Optional: Any additional documents you feel will support your submission
