Chicken - Class 06

Please enter the following data:

  • Number found dead
  • Number of head condemned next to the appropriate condition

Weights and slaughter numbers for chicken condemnations are no longer required input, as they are already collected on a weekly basis which will be compiled to obtain the monthly data.

Turkey

Weights under condemnations are eviscerated weights

Please enter the following data:

  • Number found dead
  • Number of head under the appropriate category and condemned next to the appropriate condition

Weights and slaughter numbers for turkey are no longer required input, as they are already collected on a weekly basis which will be compiled to obtain the monthly data.

Other poultry may include guinea fowl, partridge, pheasant, pigeon and quail.

Please enter the following data:

  • Number found dead
  • Number of head slaughtered
  • Approved dressed weight
  • Number rejected by the plant

"Total slaughtered" and "Average weight" will be calculated from this data.

Ostrich - Class 14, Emu - Class 21

Please enter the following data:

  • Number found dead
  • Number of head slaughtered
  • Approved dressed weight
  • Number of head condemned next to the appropriate condition

"Total slaughtered" and "Average weight" will be calculated from this data.
