The application intake period for the program is now closed. Information on the second intake for the 2025-2026, 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 program years will be available on the website in December 2024.

- Complete the AgriDiversity Program Application Form
- Download the following form to your computer
- Required: Detailed Project Budget
- If applicable: Capital asset pre-approval for grants and contributions programs
- Complete and save the form on your computer
- Upload the form and the following document
- Required: Copy of the organization's Certificates or Articles of Incorporation
- Required: Copy of the last 2 years' financial statements
- If applicable: Project Endorsement Letters / Letters of Support
- Complete the application details
- Submit your complete application
