Your personal information is being collected in order to facilitate access to the Agricultural Industry Market Information System (AIMIS). Personal information used to create an AIMIS account is collected under the authority of the Department of Agriculture and Agri-Food Act (DAAA) and the Financial Administration Act (FAA) and will only be used to establish your account.
The use and disclosure of personal information under the control of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) is done in accordance with the Privacy Act. This Act gives you the right to access your personal information held by AAFC and to request changes to incorrect personal information.
