Loan registration process
There is a new sign-in method using GCKey.
If you are an existing user of the CALA Online Loan Registration Application, sign in using your current username and password. You will be redirected to the new page for the CALA Application. Please follow the set up instructions. This is a one-time process.
If you are not an existing user of the CALA Online Loan Registration Application, contact the User Administrator within your financial institution.
If you are not aware of who your User Administrator is, please email us at aafc.CALA-LCPA.aac@agr.gc.ca

Register loans by mail
To register loans by mail, please use the following registration form:
Loan Registration and Fee Submission (Schedule 1)
You may also need to submit the following forms in the event of changes to the loan:
- Request for Revision of Loan Terms (Schedule 2)
- Report on Defaulted Loan (Schedule 3)
- Report of Claim for Loss (Schedule 4)
