Complete this form to change your address for AgriInvest (except if you farm in Quebec) and for AgriStability if you farm in Manitoba, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Northwest Territories or Yukon.

Contact your provincial administration to change your address for AgriInvest if you farm in Quebec and for AgriStability if you farm in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario, Quebec or Prince Edward Island.
