If you are unable to submit a Dairy Farm Investment Program Project Request through the Dairy Farm Investment Program Online System (DFIPOS), you can complete and submit a PDF version of the form (PDF).
PDF Project Requests can be submitted by e-mail to aafc.dfip-pifl-phase2.aac@agr.gc.ca.
If Project Requests are submitted by email as attachments, they must be filled out and saved in PDF file format. The saved PDF file must then be attached to the email you are submitting. If you submit a Project Request in PDF format, you must also attach a scanned copy of the signature page of the form to the email.

Please be advised that it is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that documents are successfully transmitted and received by the program. All Project Requests must be received by the program before the deadline in order to be considered. An acknowledgement notice will be sent by email with a target service standard of 3 business days after receipt by the program. In the case that no email address is provided, the acknowledgement will be sent by mail. Applicants should not consider their Project Request as submitted to the program until they receive the acknowledgement notice. In the event of postal service disruption, applicants are encouraged to use alternative methods of delivery or to apply online through Dairy Farm Investment Program Online System (DFIPOS).
