4. How to apply

Complete and submit your application.

1. Access your program information
2. Click the “Grants and contributions” button
3. Choose a secure sign-in method
4. Sign in (or Sign up)
5. Start a new application process
6. Complete the School Food Infrastructure Fund Application Form
7. Download the following forms to your computer
   • Required: detailed project budget
8. Complete and save the forms on your computer
9. Upload the completed forms as well as the following documents
   • Required: Copy of the organization's Certificate of Incorporation and Articles of Incorporation or Letters Patent
   • Required: copy of the last 2 years' financial statements
   • Required: detailed project budget
   • Required: project team description
   • Optional: accountability and management framework
   • Optional: endorsement or support letters for the project

11. Submit your complete application
