- Foodservice value sales of the street stalls fell in 2021 to US$545.1 million, with a CAGR of −3.7% from 2016 to 2021.
- Foodservice value sales are set to rise at a current value CAGR of 5.2% from 2022 to 2026 over the forecast period to US$705.0 million
- Independent street stalls/kiosks reached $US458.5 million in 2021, 5 times higher than the chained street stalls/kiosks although it grew negatively at a CAGR of 4.5% from 2016 to 2021. Chained street stalls/kiosks grew positively at a CAGR of 1.1%.

Consumer foodservice by location
Standalone occupied over two thirds of the foodservice retail sales, gaining US$55.8 billion in 2021. Other locations like leisure, retail lodging and travel share averagely the rest of the one third of the retail sales. The CAGR growths for all locations were the nagetive from 2016 to 2021. The future growth are forecast to be positive, ranging from 7.6% to 11.1% from 2021 to 2026.
