Use this form to submit your current year’s intended productive capacity and receive a coverage notice detailing your estimated reference margin and support level for the current program year. The information on this form is needed to determine if any structural change adjustments need to be applied to your reference margin and will only be used for the purposes of issuing you a coverage notice.
To receive a coverage notice, you must:
- be enrolled in AgriStability for the 2024 program year
- have opted for a tax-aligned reference margin by completing and submitting the 2024 AgriStability Tax-aligned Reference Margin Consent Form
- return this completed form by December 31, 2024
Your coverage notice will be available online in your My AAFC Account portal. If you are not already a My AAFC Account user, sign up at My AAFC Account.
The information you submit on this form is collected under section 4 of the Farm Income Protection Act and will be used to issue a coverage notice. By submitting this form, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the “Confidential information and participant consent” section of the 2024 AgriStability Coverage Notice Intended Productive Capacity Information Guide.
