Beginning with the 2026 program year, pasture-related feed costs are an allowable expense for AgriStability. This change will provide more equitable support for producers whose livestock graze on land they do not own.
If you're a livestock producer with pasture-related feed costs, and will apply early for 2026 benefits, continue to report the costs as a rental expense. We'll contact you to get the pasture-related feed costs for 2026 and prior years to accurately process your form.
