4. How to apply

Applications were accepted until June 5, 2026.
The program ends on March 31, 2027.
To apply, complete and submit the application form with the required documents. You must submit an application during the program's intake period to be considered for a grant payment.
The application form is a fillable PDF. You must save the form to your computer. The form and the instructions to download and save the form are available on this page.
1. Complete the application form and required documents
Complete the application form and provide the following documents:
- Required: Application form (PDF)
- Required: A copy of the federal wine licence letter issued to you by the CRA
- Required: Production records with enough detail for us to verify the total litres of wine in your application, the date(s) the wine completed initial fermentation, and the primary agricultural product(s) used in the wine
- Required: Documents that prove your ownership of the primary agricultural product(s) used in the wine in your application
- If applicable: Records of transaction between you and other licensed wineries that pertain to any wine your organization contracted out for production

2. Submit your completed application form and documents
To apply, download, complete and submit the application form (PDF) and other required documents.
